Payment & Dental Insurance
Our Office Policy requires payment on day of service. For your convenience we accept: We accept all forms of dental insurance. If you are beneficiary of a dental insurance plan, we will be more than happy to electronically submit your claim on your behalf at no extra cost. It is important to understand that due to the confidentiality agreement between you and tour insurance provider, we have no access to information such as maximum coverage, treatments covered, percentage of reimbursement, etc. We urge you to inform yourself about all these aspects and plan your treatments accordingly. We welcome ASEQ dental plan. Please get in contact with our patient coordinator to get information about the details of your plan.
